The company was established in the year 1995 as a manufacturer of precision plastic and rubber moulded components for the OEMs as well as for replacement markets. We are committed for tough challenges in the form of stringent specifications & rigorous quality standards set by our valuable customers – this has been confronted by dedication, commitment and excellence in work.
Today we are manufacturing auto two and four wheeler components with multi-manufacturing technology under one roof for major suppliers of two and four -wheeler industries. We are well equipped to serve the customers for Hand and Injection Moulding Components. Our Facilities
Pranav Industries has installed multi-manufacturing technology with backward integration of the plant to have highly flexible manufacturing facilities for Hand and Injection Moulded Components to the capacity of 100 gms. At the moment, we are taking the services for all tool room work from our sister-concern which is located in the same locality and is well equipped with all machines i.e. spark erosion, wire cutting, milling and grinders, etc.

Testing - Equipped with basic instruments like Dial Indicators, Plain & Dial Verniers, Surface Plates, Height Gauges, Micrometer, Vernier, etc.
- Entire process is controlled and carried out strictly as per Control Plan, Process Sheet, Work Instructions, etc.
- Line inspection is done by skilled operators during production
- Patrol inspection is done by quality professionals
- Inspection process is rigorous with dedication and commitment to meet customer needs and expectations and is carried out from receipt stage to final stage.

- Manufacturing system development & control review meetings are conducted once in two weeks
- PDIR & customer complaints review meetings are conducted on weekly basis
- Schedule V/s supply review meeting are conducted on weekly basis
- Sales & purchase review meetings are conducted on monthly basis.
